Ah!

In .cscmailrc I've got: PixmapDir: /usr/lib/cscmail/pixmaps/pro

.. which is fine for 1.6.1 but that's not where the extra pixmaps for
1.7.x have been installed.

I think that nails it. Somehow I needed to update my .cscmailrc file
before running 1.7.x (or deleting it, presumably, and asking cscmail to
re-create it?).
