Looks like your PixmapDir is invalid in your ~/.cscmailrc
Make sure it points to the specific theme you wish to use.  You may want to
check and make sure it points to a directory that contains the needed pixmaps. 
(the one it was looking for at line 4731 was csc-icon.xpm)
