Ah, stroll on 1.8.0

Since I joined the list I've learned a lot about Perl, sworn at it, and
even written programs in it. I've patched cscmail-1.6.1 so that if it
can't find a configured default mail account when making a new message,
it picks the first one it finds. All great fun.

I'd just like to add my encouragement for the completion of the Perl
version, and thank everyone for doing their bit so far.
