[CSCMail-Users] error

Can someone tell me what i need to do to get csc mail to work i've just
installed it and when i go to run the cscmail file i get this error:

Can't locate MIME/Parser.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/local/lib/cscmail /usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at
/usr/local/bin/cscmail line 24.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/cscmail line 24.




i dont know why this is happening or if just reinstalling will work.
if anyone knows how to fix this please email me
