[CSCMail-Users] Attachments & MIME Types

I'm probably looking as stupid as I feel right now, but please bear with me...

I have just downloaded mail from my POP3 box that has an attachment in it
(Content-type: text/plain) and I was wondering how I would go by reading the
message, and clicking on the Clip icon to either save or view my attachment. 
Just for shits and giggles, I put in:

MIMEType: text/plain
command: joe

into the MIMETypes dialog.  When I clicked onto the Inbox again and selected my
message, nothing showed up under the two aforementioned popup menus.  What am I
doing wrong?
