Although it might seem strange I do infact regulary get e-mails of this kind
were I have a text/html body and an additional text attachment. So I guess
in the long run it wil be necessary as you say to add a method to check the
contents between a text body and text attachment and not by default to
disgard the text attachment.

Don't lose too much sleep over it for I'm sure that I am in a small
minority. CSCMail is great and I love using it.
