CSCMail is a Perl application, so there is no need to "port" it to
FreeBSD.  All you should need to do is install the *BSD port of Gtk+ and
then run CSCMailInstaller.pl

If for some reason this does not work, please let us know exactly what
error messages you get so that we can help you get it installed.
