The top one contains the MIME/Type (application/vnd.ms-excel I would assume) and the other two are blank? If so, simply use the browse button to find your star office executable (mine is "~/Office51/bin/soffice". Yours might be different) and then all should be fine. If you are not getting the "View Attachment" dialog with the "Mime-Type:" "Command" and "Icon" entries, then there is something else going on...
