You should run CSCMailInstaller.pl as it will install all of the perl
modules that CSCMail needs.  I have recently become aware of some
modifications to the RPM distribution that will allow RPM's to properly
detect perl dependancies, and so in the future, I should be able to
construct RPM's that will not install if the required perl modules are
not present.  (Assuming that the new version of RPM will be included in
newer versions of RedHat...)

Still, reading INSTALL would probably serve you well, as it lists all the
modules we require.  In fact, it is a fairly detailed set of instructions
on how to INSTALL CSCMail, and I highly recomend reading it.  If you
don't wish to take the time to read it, then simply run
CSCMailInstaller.pl and it will go get the modules for you.  Don't expect
CSCMailInstaller.pl to take into account any wierdness however, and it
does setup only the CSV driver, so if you wish to use CSCMail with an SQL
database (highly recommended) then you should read INSTALL.
