[CSCMail-Users] error in running csc mail

I have problem in using csc mail.I installed it but i don't
know whether it is installed correctly or not.
when i tried to run cscmail an error occured.
Error was at line number 24.
I want detailed procedure of installing it.
I had red hat 6.2 installed.
what the prequistive rpms does it require ?
