[CSCMail-Users] Upgrading CSC 1.61 to 1.7.8

[PRW <pr....@ho...>]

Based on my reading of this newsgroup, it's seems like a good idea to
upgrade from 1.6.1 to 1.7.8.  How do I do that? Do I start with the perl
script again? Or download the rpm?
