I suspect that maybe the perl MIME modules don't correctly deal with ISO
encoded filenames ... I am not sure if the MIME spec even allows encoding in
the filename field, but I will look into supporting this...  We DO support ISO
encoding in the main headers (Subject: From: etc)

In CSCMail 2.0.0 the folder lists will be nested, also, we will support
drag-n-drop message sorting...
