Thank you for the reply.  I will immediately attempt to upgade to 1.7.8.

P.S.  I was disturbed to discover the substitutions in my message, and
relieved that, (1) someone was so astute as to recognize that they were
not intentional, and (2) that I was not totaly incompetent with the spell
checker.  The intent of the message was to discover if I could relieve my
disk of MySQL.
