You do need the perl bindings for CscHTML ... they are not included in
the RPM as they must be compiled in conjunction with the main gnome-perl
module...  I believe there are instructions in the CscHTML "install"
document... CSCMail will autodetect and use the CscHTML widget if it is
correctly installed on your system.  (You will see a "debug" message
"HTML Widget: CscHTML" on the console to let you know for sure...)
