This has been adressed in the 1.7.x series of CSCMail by no longer
requiring any HTML module.  CSCMail will use a wide variety of HTML
modules (CscHTML, GtkHTML, GtkXmHTML) but in the absence of one of these
three modules, it will fall back to the GtkText module bundled with the
Gtk+ distribution.
