That message has an invalid date in the header.  If it doesn't have a
subject or anything else, then that message is more than likely a
malformed message.  If ALL of your mail is like this, there is some other
problem.  Send me a screenshot, plus any debugging output that appears in
the terminal window from which you launched CSCMail.
