I had the same problem with sending and recieving mails.
This is caused by the Date::Manip Module, that doesn't recognize your Timezone.
Just find the File "Manip.pm" (for example in /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Date)
and fill in your TImezone (something like CEST or GMT)
Or read the FAQ on the CSCMail Homepage, this should help.
