[CSCMail-Users] 'add BCC' choice in the addressbook

 ... There is missing one thing in v 1.7.x/1.8 : the BCC choice in tef
context
menu in the addressbook, to add the address directly in the BCC field.
Now we have to add to CC and then do cut/paste to BCC. That should not
be
too dofficult to add ...

. And also a warning when forgetting to add a subject to the email ;-)
..
