Check your pixmap directory in ~/.cscmailrc

Then look in that dir and make sure that you have a newm.xpm file in that
directory.

This error is caused by a missing .xpm file... You probably need to re-run make
install; as root, and also adjust your PixmapDir in ~/.cscmailrc (for both root
and the user, if you wish to run cscmail as both...)
