That was because Steve forgot to update certain places of the installer with
the updates, use the attached installer  - you shouldn't have problems with it
.. Manip 5.38 requires that you put in the timezone variable also - its fixed
in the authors homepage but not posted on CPAN yet ... so find Manip.pm after
you install and on line 95 put your timezone or cscmail will fail.

PS Steve - commit this attached script.
