I did some digging, and it turns out that the modules where not
downloading because they have been updated to newer versions on CPAN.  I
changed the CSCMailInstaller.pl script to reflect the changes, and it
should work for you now... Please re-download the script from
http://www.cscmail.net/CSCMailInstaller.pl
