[CSCMail-Users] install problems

I'm having some trouble installing cscmail, I get a error message saying
"Makefile.pl, no such file or directory. Obvious I'm missing something,
I+ve got RH 6.2, lataest Helix-gnome with all devels and perl-5.00503-10
installed. What is missing???
