The messages are in ~/.cscmail underneath the directories 0 1 2 3 ... etc

If, while in cscmail, you highlight a message and then choose file->save you
will see the message id (as the filename, message1234.txt) to find this message
go to ~/.cscmail and first look in the dir numbered for the last number in the
id (in our example ~/.cscmail/4) and then change to the dir of the second to
last number (in our example, ~/.cscmail/4/3) in that directory you should find
1234.msg, which is the message file for that message, it contains the body and
the header.
