CSCmail is the wrong place because it won't benefit anyone who doesn't 
use CSCMail.

 Best, get a virus scanner. They are available for Linux, just to 
protect your window-blown friends.

If you don't want to go that far, look for mail filters that can 
identify attachments - so far as I'm concerned ANY executable content 
is bad news.
