[Cscmail-devel] CSCMAIL v1.9: What file to load?

I am trying to run CSCMAIL 1.9...  When I run the executable, it tells
me that I'm supposed to specify a file.  WHAT FILE?  I've tried just
giving it a blank one, but when it runs it just has one 'File' menu with
2 options about layout...  Am I supposed to create the file?  HOW DO I
DO IT?
