[Cscmail-devel] Can't locate object method "new"

I am extremely interested in cscmail if I can get it working properly.
I appreciate the hard work you have put into building this product.

I have downloaded & installed it and worked through some problems.
Currently I am facing this problem:

When I select (click on) a message from my inbox, the program dies.  If
I have run the program from a terminal window, the following message is
displayed:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "HtmlStripper" at
/usr/bin/cscmail line 6917.

I figure that this is probably an error in configuration on my side, not

a bug.  I apologize for using the "buglist" to ask for help, but I don't

know what else to do.

Here are the relevant facts:

gtk version:            1.2.8-1
gtk-perl version:       0.7003
cscmail version:        1.6.1 (installed via perl script downloaded from

site - i think it was CSCMailInsaller.pl
Distribution:           Red Hat 6.2
Database:               I did not select a database.  When I go to
<edit><options><database> it says CSV

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
