Implimented better text formatting in text2html

Now we correctly preserve spaces and tabs in text messages when we
display them
as HTML.. This makes for much nicer looking mail.

Made a commit to CSCMail-1.7.x regarding the message search feature.  Now it
will correctly match anywhere in the searched field, not just the beginning.

Committed a fix to CSCMailInstaller.pl

There were a series of typos in the GtkXmHTML installation routines that would
cause the installer to crash if run on a system that didn't have gnome-perl
previously installed.
