I'm sorry for the confusion I caused, I'll try and explain it better this time.

I realise that I should not be exporting/importing that often, and normally
I do not. The main reason for this import was due to the change of my
database.
When I import mail after exporting it to a file, all the email are placed into
my inbox which is as I expected. However, when I move mail which has
been sent in the past into the Sent Items folder the "TO" field incorrectly
displays "John Kennison" which is actually who the mail was sent from.
I expected the "TO" field to display who the email was sent to.
I hope that I have made some sense this time, if I have not I'll have to
start drawing diagrams and putting them up on my web page :)
