#2 Provide a decompiler

The virtual machine is designed to support compilation
at runtime. Therefor ist has to keep all information
that is necessary to understand dynamic code. This
information could be used to generate script files from
applications that would compile to the same
applications. --> A decompiler.

I'm not asking for an algorithm that produces CSC4.
ISOAssembler suffices...
