Hotfix to make gravity work properly even though the fix doesn't make any sense to me. Investigate what is causing gravity to still affect entities that physics set to 0 velocity.

Physics buggin' and debuggin'. Removed debugging printlns and replaced it with a warning when two entities are colliding in a way that physics can't deal with (overlapping with 0 velocity)
