CS Web DB Upgrade / News: Recent posts

The CS Web DB Upgrade system will no longer be maintained here. But don't freak out! It is being combined with another project, CS-WebAppLibs, allowing it to easily log its activities to a database and upgrade its own schema as subsequent versions are released.
