[Cs-studio-core] download.controlsystemstudio.org not resolved in DNS.

Hi: I don't really know whether this is the right list to report about
this, but the IP name download.controlsystemstudio.org, that
this page links to: https://www.controlsystemstudio.org/download/
seems to have disappeared from the DNS (at least when queried from
the italian academic network), so the download files for CS-Studio
are unreachable.

Please feel free to redirect me if this should be reported elsewhere - 
it doesn't seem an issue for 'tech-talk' discussion though.
