The build for release 3.2.7 is now complete.  The github repo has been
tagged for 3.2.7, and the milestone 3.2.7 has been closed.  Please enter
new issues/plans/specs/procedures into milestone 3.2.8 ... and 3.2.9 if you
really like to plan ahead :)
