I'm using the code from the SF cs-studio-3.1 branch:

So I should be up to date. See the attached file for my changes (only
configuration, no changes to the code).

Can you please check that I'm using the right branch
(http://cs-studio.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/cs-studio/cs-studio-3.1/)? If
it is the right one, I'm sorry to confirm that the problem still occurs...

What can I do to help fixing this issue?
