I thought about adding it, but I don't want to conflict with somebody else
adding it at the same time.

While looking at it briefly, it also seems that the need for libs.jdom is
quite new, and it's because of some statistics GUI which may be misplaced in
org.csstudio.platform.ui anyway unless we all agree that we have to have a
statistics GUI in every CSS product.

Maybe the implementors of the statistics GUI can either add the missing
dependencies or pull the stat. GUI into a separate pluging.
