#23 Not play some MP3 in Windows

Using SdlDotNet (I have tryed with all versions) I cannot play any MP3 files sometimes in Windows. The problem comes from, the file is not usually played, but not all times. It works without problems in Linux or OSX.

When I cannot play any file, the system doesn't throw errors.

The rar file contains the example code, the Makefile and one mp3 file which I cannot play them.
