[Cs-framework-info] CS Version 3.20

Dear Colleagues,

version 3.20 of CS is released to SourceForge. This is the first version released for LabVIEW 2009, after we have stayed with LabVIEW 8.2.1 for almost three and a half years. Compared to CS 3.14 (LV 8.2.1), there are only minor changes.
