[Cs-framework-info] CS Version 3.20.beta1

Dear Colleagues,

The beta version of CS 3.20 (3.20.beta1) is released to SourceForge. Version 3.20 will be the first version released for LabVIEW 2009, after we have stayed with LabVIEW 8.2.1 for almost three and a half years. Compared to CS 3.14 (LV 8.2.1), there are only minor changes. 

The alpha version is already around since July 14 of this year, which provided sufficient time for testing the code with the new version. All sources, for which I am the maintainer, have been migrated and tested against the new CS version. Also Holger has tested "his" code. The official release of CS 3.20 is expected soon. Feature requests are no longer be accepted. For those of you who participate in testing the new version, please submit your bug reports until November 19.
