[Cs-framework-info] CS Version 3.13

Dear Colleagues,

CS version 3.13 is released and published to SourceForge, where it is available for download. Version 3.13 is basically a maintenance release. Source code maintained by myself has been checked for NI coding conventions using the VI-Analyzer. Some things (like "error in") are handled more strict now, but I do not expect any compatibility problems with respect to the previous version.

As discussed during our CS Workshop early this year, this release is the last release for LabVIEW version 8.2.1, although a few patches might follow. The next release will be based on LabVIEW 8.6.1. The migration of "my" software will start around September and I expect a first release for LabVIEW 8.6.1 by the end of this year.
