[Cs-framework-info] new version of LabVIEW-DIM interface

Dear Colleagues,

after about one year, I have released a new version of the LabVIEW-DIM interface. From the user/developer point of view there are no changes. The following issues are addressed in the new release.

1) Windows only: The path of logfile "dimWrapper.log" can now be defined using an environment variable DIMWRAPPER_LOGPATH, which can be set to the value of a folder like "F:\myStuff\tmp". If the environment variable is not set, the logfile will be written somewhere in an undefined place as before.

2) The well-known behaviour of crashing LabVIEW when closing the last VI of the library LVDimInterface is now fixed to a large extent by patching DIM and slightly changing the code of the package DimWrapper. Personally, I do give no guarantee, but I am presently unable to provoke a crash although really trying hard.
