[Cs-framework-info] CS Version 3.11

Dear Colleagues,

CS version 3.11 is released and published to SourceForge, where it is available for download. Version 3.11 is just a maintenance release of version 3.10 including all bug fixed that have been published via SourceForge. There are only minute changes compared to version 3.10+patch7. Since there has been not a single request for additional bug fixes or features, it was decided to publish version 3.11 without going through an formal alpha and beta phase.

Please report bug fixes, feature requests, etc. via https://sourceforge.net/projects/cs-framework/.
