[Cs-framework-info] patch CSMain_patch_3.00-1

Hello,

a few minor changes have been done, and are available at SourceForge,
https://sourceforge.net/projects/cs-framework/ , via the download
package of package CSMain, release 3.00.

GSI users just need to update from the SubVersion repository.
