[Cs-framework-info] CS version 3.00_beta1

Dear Colleagues,

after some bug fixed we feel that it is the right time to change the
release to "beta". CS 3.00_beta1 has been published to SourceForge,
where it is available for download.

Please report bug fixes, feature requests, etc. via
https://sourceforge.net/projects/cs-framework/.

The documentation is available via our Wiki web,
http://wiki.gsi.de/cgi-bin/view/CSframework/WebHome.
