[Cs-framework-info] CS version 3.00_alpha is available

Dear Colleagues,

I think it is time to announce CS version 3.00_alpha. The new version
includes the basic parts of CS, as well as the parts I am maintaining.
The software is available for download at SourcForge,
https://sourceforge.net/projects/cs-framework/. For GSI users, the
software may also be obtained via our local Subversion source code
control system.

Presently, most of the GSI experiments are already switching to the new
version. It is expected, that they publish their software to our
SourceForge site as well, once it has been migrated.

The documentation has been entirely ported to our Wiki web,
http://wiki.gsi.de/cgi-bin/view/CSframework/WebHome. We made some effort
to have it up to date and to remove old junk. In case you would like to
contribute to the documentation, please do so by adding your
contribution directly to this Wiki web.

Bug reports, feature requests, supports requests as well as a Forum are
also available for you at our SourceForge site (see link at the top of
this mail).

I would also like to encourage those of you, who are interested to
receive information about the CS framework, to subscribe to our mailing
list; https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/cs-framework-info.
