"A creative advisor/consultant is required to bring new ideas for commands. Knowledge of C/C++ is a must."
If you're looking for new ideas why the C/C++ condition???
And which kind of ideas are you looking for? There's no project's web site, no documentation and just a few lines as project description: "These command line tools are intended to improve the MS-DOS environment, as well as to give support for old and unused MS-DOS commands." The word "improve" is quite open. Have you got a more focused idea of which kind of improvements do you mean?

There is no project web page indeed, because there is no way to upload it without software.
There is no documentation? No. There is some documentation.
Moreover the word "improve" is linked with the words "MS-DOS environment". Quite obvious.
