[Crystaldoc-main] spanish translation section or information

now that cvs seems to be working for us i think it'd be the moment of
adding spanish to the languages list in the project, also i think a
section dedicated to the spanish translation would be very nice, so as
to put contact info and general guidelines. maybe also a new telling
about all this.
                                                                                                                         
i logged to the drupal site, but i don't think i can really change
