CS uses an old and part patched implementation of Texi2HTML.

Last release of Texi2HTML was version 5.0 in 2010 (we do not use).

Texi2HTML has been retired/integrated using other tools into GNU Texinfo.

We should update to use GNU Texinfo and newer implementations/methods where possible.
