Hi all,
I'm trying to build a 'world' but am getting into trouble with walls which should be hiding other walls when i try to load them into walktest. For example in an L shaped room. When in a corner which should hide the far wall, I can see the far wall. I have set <zfill/> in my meshobj and the walls render correctly otherwise. The strange thing is that when I use -relight when the world is first built i.e. no cache directory, I get the error.
I have tried <zuse/> this doesn't work at all, <znone/> which makes the walls "transparent".
If I then subsequently use -norelight I *may* not get the error depending on whether i have tried using a different resolution or something.
It is wierd. Is there a setting or a node in the world xml file I'm not aware of. The version of CS I am using is 0.98 stable under cygwin running under Windows XP 64 bit on an AMD. Video card is nVidia GeForce 6600 GT (if that helps)
Thanks
