[Cryptotw-usage] PGP and GPG Keys

This may be an issue for those exchanging keys between programs based on
PGP versus GPG.  A public generated by GPG seems to be in a binary format
whereas PGP generates it in an ASCII format.  I was not able to import GPG
generated public key into a keyring.  I would like to know I anyone has
resolved this issue.
