[Cryptotw-usage] Time worp w/import

i don't know if this will be a big issue, but i have noticed using my
personal dll--if i send my public key to someone and that person's computer
date/time is behind-- gpg will not allow it to be imported due to time worp
due to key is created in the future....But your dll does not return any
error so it is acting as key was imported...tw
